When you subscribe or become a partner, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, and optionally your phone number. If you email us, we receive your email address and message. We use your information to send ministry updates about new teachings, new music, and what we are doing next; to send optional text alerts if you opted in (reply STOP any time to unsubscribe); to respond to your messages; and to understand how our site and content are used so we can improve them. Our content appears on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and music streaming platforms. When you interact with our accounts on those platforms, their own privacy policies apply. We use analytics tools, including data from social platforms' official APIs (such as TikTok's), solely to measure the performance of our own accounts and content — for example, views and engagement on our own videos and ads. This data is aggregate performance data about our own content; we do not collect personal information about you from these platforms.
We rely on trusted providers to run this site and our communications — such as our website host, email and SMS delivery services, and secure database hosting. They process data only on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
We keep subscriber information for as long as you remain subscribed and use reasonable technical safeguards to protect it. You can unsubscribe from emails via the link in any email, or from texts by replying STOP.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing contact@duncantilka.com. We will honor your request promptly.
Our site is intended for general audiences and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
If we update this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
