Email dtilka@gmail.com with the subject line "Delete my data". Include the email address, phone number, or Facebook or Instagram username you used with Duncan Tilka Ministries, so we can find your records. That is the only step required — there is no form to fill in and no account to create.
We confirm your request within 7 days and complete the deletion within 30 days. You will get a second email once it is done. If we cannot match your details to any record, we will tell you that instead.
Your name and contact details, your subscription and list memberships, any messages you sent us, and any engagement data we hold that is linked to you — including information received from Facebook or Instagram if you interacted with Duncan Tilka Ministries there. Once deleted, this cannot be recovered.
Records of financial gifts are kept where accounting and tax law requires it, and we may keep a minimal record that a deletion request was made so we can show it was honored. Nothing in these records is used for contact or marketing.
You can also revoke access directly from Facebook. Go to Settings and Privacy, then Settings, then Apps and Websites, find Duncan Tilka Ministries in the list, and select Remove. This stops any further data sharing. To also delete what we already hold, email us using the steps above.
If you only want the messages to stop, you do not need to delete anything. Use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email, or leave the WhatsApp group. Your details stay on file but we stop contacting you.
We use third-party services to run the site, send messages, and process gifts. When you ask us to delete your data, we also instruct those providers to remove it from their systems as part of the same request.
You can also ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct something that is wrong. Use the same email address and we will respond within the same timeframe.
